摘　　要：目的研究溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响。方法收集2017年10月在包钢集团第三职工医院检验科体检的100名健康体检者作为研究对象。用全自动生化分析仪检测溶血前后丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、胆碱脂酶(CHE)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(Glu)、尿素氮(UREA)、尿酸(UA)、钾离子(K)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)16项生化指标。结果 11项存在异常,5项指标没有差别。结论标本溶血对多数生化检验项目有明显的影响,要求医护工作者在采血时规范操作,严格把关。Objective This paper tries to study the effect of hemolysis on biochemical test results. Methods A total of 100 cases of physical examinations of physical examination in the laboratory of the Third worker Hospital of BAOGANG Group in October 2017 were collected as the research object. The 16 biochemical indicators＇ contents of ALT, TP, ALB, TBIL,ALP, was well as the GGT, CHE, CHOL, TG, Glu, UREA, UA, K, aspartate aminotransferase（AST）, lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（HBDH） glutamyl transpeptidase in serum before and after hemolysis were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Among the 11 abnormalities, five indicators no difference. Conclusion Hemolysis samples have obvious impact on most biochemical test items, requiring medical workers to standardize and strictly control the operation during blood sampling.
