摘　　要：目的分析该院五年来出院人数的变化以及出院者住院总费用、平均每一患者费用、平均每一床日费用的增减情况,患者住院费用的构成情况。方法收集2013—2017年的有关资料进行对比分析。结果出院人数的平均发展速度为106.60%,出院者住院总费用的平均发展速度为108.92%。患者住院费用中药品费用占比32.28%、检查费用占比20.97%、治疗费用占比15.66%、手术费用占比8.91%、床位费用占比4.49%、其他费用占比17.69%。结论 2013—2017年出院者住院费用有较大辐度的增长,出院患者的增加是住院费用增加的直接原因,多收治患者是增加住院费用的直接途径。合理配置和充分利用医疗卫生资源,采取有效措施切实控制住院患者人均费用,强化医院经营管理,走优质、高效、低耗之路,从而使医院保持良好运营,促进医院持续稳定发展。Objective To analyze the changes of discharged patients, total hospitalization costs, average cost per patient, average cost of one bed each day and the composition of hospitalization cost. Methods The related data from 2013 to 2017 were collected for comparative analysis. Results The average growth rate of discharge patients was 106.60%, and the average growth rate of total hospitalization cost of discharged patients was 108.92%. In the hospitalization expenses, medicine cost accounted for 32.28%, examination cost accounted for 20.97%, treatment cost accounted for 15.66%, operation cost accounted for 8.91%, bed cost accounted for 4.49%, and other cost accounted for 17.69%. Conclusion There is a rapid growth in hospitalization cost of discharged patients from 2013 to 2017, which is a result of the substantial increase of patient number. We should allocate the medial resources rationally and make the most of the medical resources, take some effective measures to control the per capita cost of inpatients, and strengthen the operation and management and take the road of high quality, high efficiency and low consumption thus making the hospital keep well and promoting the continuous and steady development of the hospital.
