摘  要:目的观察持续质量改进在优化病房护理中的重要价值。方法选择该院于2016年6月—2017年6月收治的50例耳鼻喉疾病患者,凭借回顾性分析来鉴别其当前现有的各项临床资料,为其拟定日常护理的具体模式予以全面对比。结果通过分析与计算可得100%的总满意度,其中包含了30例非常满意的患者以及20例满意患者。结论耳鼻喉病房本身具备显著的特殊性,应当着手引进持续性的质量改进模式,针对当前现有的护理依从性以及患者平日生活状态也能予以全面优化。Objective To observe the important value of continuous quality improvement in optimizing the ward nursing.Methods 50 cases of patients with otorhinoplaryngology diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to Jnne 2017 were selected, and various current clinical data were reviewed, and daily nursing specific mode was comprehensively compared. Results The analysis and calculation showed that the total satisfactory degree was 100%, including 30 cases whose were very satisfied, and 20 cases who were satisfied. Conclusion The otorhinolaryngology ward has obvious specificity, and we should comprehensively optimize the current nursing compliance and daily living state of patients by introducing the continuous quality improvement model.
