摘　　要：伴随我国医疗卫生改革的逐渐深入,为医院管理带来了新挑战。医院档案管理作为医院管理的重要组成部分,档案管理工作存在很多问题,无法满足现代医院的发展需要。因此,该文首先分析了医院档案管理的现状;其次阐述了医院档案管理工作的重要意义,并为改善现状提供了解决措施;最终希望通过该文的分析,为医院档案管理工作提供新思路。The gradual deepening of medical health reform brings a new challenge for the hospital management. Hospital file management is an important component of the hospital management, the file management work has many problems, failing to meet the development demands of the modern hospitals, therefore, the paper firstly analyzes the status of the hospital file management, secondly elaborates the important significance of the file management work, and puts forwards the solutions, hoping to provide a new thought for the hospital file management work.
