摘　　要：医学检验是现代医学取得发展的重要成就,为开展循证研究和临床诊疗活动提供基础支撑。而临床免疫检验时针对临床免疫相关指标的检验,而影响临床免疫检验质量的因素有很多,免疫检测对后续免疫系统疾病的辅助诊断、治疗效果的评估、医学基础研究等活动提供依据。Medical test is an important achievement in the development of modern medicine, which provides the basic support for the development of evidence-based research and clinical diagnosis and treatment. But there are many factors that affect the quality of clinical immunological examination. Immunoassay provides the basis for the auxiliary diagnosis of subsequent immune system diseases, the evaluation of therapeutic effect, the basic medical research and so on.
