摘  要:基于分子结构优化设计,以2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酰胺和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺为单体,采用自由基共聚法制备了新型抗温抗盐增黏剂ANAD,并对增黏剂在水基钻井液中的增黏、耐温及抗盐性能进行了系统的评价。采用FTIR,~1H NMR,TG等方法对增黏剂ANAD的分子结构和黏均相对分子质量进行了表征和测定。表征结果显示,合成产物即为目标产物增黏剂ANAD;增黏剂ANAD热降解温度高达约320℃,具有良好的热稳定性。实验结果表明,增黏剂ANAD具有更高的黏均相对分子质量,增黏剂ANAD分子中引入的—SO_3^-基团比增黏剂80A51中的—COO^-基团对阳离子敏感度低,且增黏剂ANAD分子具有较大的流体力学体积,使增黏剂ANAD的增黏、耐温、抗盐性能均优于常规增黏剂80A51。Based on the optimization design of molecular structure,a new heat-resistant and salt-tolerant polymer viscosifier ANAD was prepared with acrylamide-sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonate(AMPS),N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP),acrylamide(AM) and N,N ′-dimethyl acrylamide(DMAM) as monomers by a free radical polymerization method,and systematic evaluation was performed on the viscosifying performance,heat resistance and salt tolerance of the viscosifier in a water-based drilling fluid. The molecular structure and the viscosity average relative molecular weight of the viscosifier ANAD were characterized and measured by methods such as FTIR,~1 H NMR and TG. The characterization results revealed that the synthetic product was the target product viscosifier ANAD,and the thermal degradation temperature of the viscosifier ANAD was up to 320 ℃,reflecting its excellent thermal stability. Moreover,the experimental results demonstrated that the viscosifier ANAD had a higher viscosity average relative molecular weight. Additionally,the —SO3^-group introduced into the molecule of the viscosifier ANAD molecule was less sensitive to cationic ions in comparison to —COO^-group in that of the viscosifier 80 A51. Furthermore,the ANAD molecule had a larger hydrodynamic volume resulting in that the viscosifier ANAD was superior to the conventional viscosifier 80 A51 in viscosifying performance,heat resistance and salt tolerance.
