摘 要:通过对Mack T-12发动机试验后的旧油进行理化分析、核磁共振磷谱(^(31)P NMR)分析,考察Mack T-12发动机试验过程中影响润滑油铅腐蚀性能的因素。结果表明:油品老化衰败程度与铅腐蚀相关,碱值与酸值的交叉点出现越早,铅腐蚀越严重;二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的降解衰变速率与铅腐蚀相关,作为ZDDP有效组分的碱性ZDDP和中性ZDDP(bZDP+nZDP)的含量越低,铅腐蚀越严重。The physical and chemical properties of diesel engine oil after Mack T-12 engine test were analyzed.The ZDDP degradation was investigated by 31 P-NMR spectroscopy.The lead corrosion of diesel engine oil and its influence factors were studied.The results showed the lead corrosion is related to oil degradation levels,the earlier the total base number and total acid number cross point appears during the test,the more severe lead corrosion.The lead corrosion is also related with ZDDP degradation rate,the lower the molar concentration of basic ZDP plus neutral ZDP in used oil is,the higher the degree of lead corrosion is.
