络合铁脱硫技术在硫磺回收尾气处理中的应用

摘　　要：随着国家环境保护要求的不断提高,大多数脱硫环保装置的排放指标不能满足新的环保指标要求,需要对装置进行提标改造。本文介绍了中国石油四川石化有限责任公司采用络合铁液相氧化脱硫技术对硫磺回收装置尾气提标改造的情况和改造后取得的效果。改造后硫磺回收装置尾气中SO_2质量浓度从400mg/m^3降至15mg/m^3以下,大大降低了污染物排放量,满足国家最新发布的《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570—2015)中SO_2质量浓度小于100mg/m^3的排放标准。In order to meet the national emission standards for desulfurization unit,the upgrading of the equipment of PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co.Ltd.was implemented,adopting complexing iron liquid phase oxidation desulfurization technology.After the transformation,the SO2 concentration in sulfur recovery unit exhaust gas is reduced from 400 mg/m^3 to 15 mg/m^3,in compliant with the requirement of SO2 concentration less than 100 mg/m^3 in ‘Petroleum industry pollutant discharge standards＇（GB 31570—2015）.
