摘 要:本文主要研究了利用报废电机中回收的钕铁硼磁钢和钕铁硼生产过程中产生的废料,经清洗→氢破碎→气流磨→磁场取向成型→烧结工艺生产38H牌号钕铁硼产品时的烧结工艺.研究发现,使用废料生产38H牌号烧结钕铁硼时,最佳烧结工艺是1363K×5h→1173K×2.5h→773K×4.5h;使用废磁钢生产的产品,烧结体中存在较大晶粒,晶粒体积大小不均匀,不适用于生产更高牌号产品.This paper studies how to use Nd Fe B(neodymium iron boron) motor magnet waste and the production waste produced in the links such as sintering,processing and testing and so on to manufacture the 38 H sintered NdFe B. This paper determines the best sintering technology of 38 H product produced by adding Nd Fe B waste is 1363 K ×5 h→1173 K × 2. 5 h→773 K × 4. 5 h through comparing the product magnetic performance of different sintering temperature. With the use of the products produced by the magnetic steel scrap,there are large grains in the sintered body,and the size of the grain is not uniform,which is not suitable for the production of higher grade products.
