摘　　要：提出普通车床加工中卡盘扳手安全问题,结合C6140A普通车床电气原理及结构特点,在急停控制线路上串联一触点开关,设计了一套卡盘扳手安全装置.装置具有结构简单,安装方便,不改变原有操作方式等优点.经过多年的实际应用,效果显著.The safety problem of chuck wrench in common lathe machining is put forward,and designs a simple and practical chuck wrench safety device combined with the structural characteristics of C6140 A common lathe.a contact switch is connected in series on the emergency stop control line. A set of chuck wrench safety device is designed,which has the advantages of simple structure,convenient installation and no change of the original operation mode. After many years of practical application,the effect is remarkable.
