摘　　要：目的:探讨单孔技术在电视胸腔镜肺大疱切除术中的应用效果。方法:收治肺大疱患者55例,均采用单孔技术电视胸腔镜肺大疱切除术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患者均未中转开胸,术后均顺利出院。结论:单孔技术在电视胸腔镜肺大疱切除术中的应用效果显著。Objective：To explore the application effect of single hole technique in the resection of bullae by video-assisted thoracoscopy.Methods：55 patients with bullae were selected,and they were treated with single hole technique of video-assisted thoracoscopic bullectomy.We observed the effect of the treatment.Results：All patients were not transferred to the thoracotomy and were discharged smoothly after the operation.Conclusion：The application effect of single hole technique in the resection of bullae by video-assisted thoracoscopy was significant.
