摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在全髋人工关节置换术中的应用效果。方法:收治行全髋人工关节置换手术患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理,对比两组护理满意度和Harris评分。结果:试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在全髋人工关节置换术中的应用效果显著。Objective：To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in total hip arthroplasty.Methods：120 patients with total hip arthroplasty were selected,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given clinical nursing path,and the control group was given routine care.We compared the nursing satisfaction and Harris score of two groups.Results：In the experimental group,the satisfaction of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of clinical nursing pathway in total hip arthroplasty was significant.
