摘　　要：目的:探讨术前加强心理护理干预对脊柱结核患者焦虑心理的影响。方法:收治脊柱结核患者70例,分为两组。对照组给予术前常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予术前加强心理护理干预,比较两组护理前后焦虑评分和疼痛评分。结果:护理后,试验组焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脊柱结核患者实施术前加强心理护理干预能够改善焦虑心理,提高治疗依从性。Objective：To explore the effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention on the anxiety of patients with spinal tuberculosis.Methods：70 cases of patients with spinal tuberculosis were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experiment group was given the preoperative psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the anxiety score and pain score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results：After nursing,the anxiety score of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After nursing,the pain score of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Preoperative psychological nursing intervention could improve the anxiety and improve the treatment compliance in patients with spinal tuberculosis.
