摘 要:目的:评价护患沟通技巧在门诊分导诊工作中的应用价值。方法:收治门诊就诊患者110例,随机分为两组。研究组的分导诊工作由经过护患沟通技巧培训的护理人员进行,对照组的分导诊工作由未经过护患沟通技巧培训的护理人员进行,对比两组门诊分导诊工作的满意度。结果:研究组分导诊工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护患沟通技巧在门诊分导诊工作中的应用能够有效提高患者满意度,有利于减少门诊护患纠纷。Objective:To evaluate the application value of nurse-patient communication skills in clinic guidance work.Methods:110 cases of patients in outpatient department were divided into two groups randomly.The research group got clinic guidance work completed by the nursing staff with nurse-patient communication skills training.The control group got clinic guidance work completed by the nursing staff without nurse-patient communication skills training.The clinic guidance work satisfaction between groups was compared.Results:The clinic guidance work satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The application of nurse-patient communication skills in clinic guidance work could improve patient satisfaction effectively,and reduce outpatient nurse-patient disputes.
