桂枝加芍药汤颗粒指纹图谱及多指标成分含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝加芍药汤颗粒指纹图谱及多指标成分含量测定方法。方法:采用岛津高效液相色谱仪(LC-2010A),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,对标志性成分进行测定。结果:建立了桂枝加芍药汤指纹图谱、标定了5个共有峰,指认其中3个峰并对其进行含量测定。结论:本研究所建立的指纹图谱及多指标含量测定方法能较好地评价桂枝加芍药汤颗粒的质量,并可提高该制剂的质量标准,为保证产品质量奠定基础。Objective：To explore the fingerprint and determination method of multi index component content of Guizhi and Shaoyao decoction granule.Methods：The Daojin high performance liquid chromatograph（LC-2010 A） was used,gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,we measured the markers.Results：We had established the fingerprint of Guizhi and Shaoyao decoction,calibrated 5 common peaks,and identified three peaks and measured them.Conclusion：The fingerprint and multi index determination method established in this study can better evaluate the quality of Guizhi and Shaoyao decoction granule.It can improve the quality standard of the preparation and guarantee the quality of the product.
