耳郭假性囊肿给予囊壁切除术治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳郭假性囊肿给予囊壁切除术治疗的效果。方法:收治耳郭假性囊肿患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用囊肿抽液后局部石膏压迫治疗,观察组采用囊壁切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳郭假性囊肿给予囊壁切除术治疗的效果显著。Objective：To explore the effect of cystic wall excision in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle.Methods：120 patients with pseudocyst of auricle were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with partial plaster pressure after cyst drainage,and the observation group was treated with cyst wall resection.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of cystic wall excision in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle was significant.
