会阴侧切美容线皮内缝合术的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨美容线皮内缝合术在会阴侧切伤口中的应用效果。方法:收治会阴侧切产妇1 000例,随机分为两组。观察组给予可吸收缝合线作皮内缝合,对照组给予传统缝合法,比较两组切口愈合情况、切口疼痛程度、产妇l^3 d内活动情况。结果:观察组切口愈合情况、产妇产后情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:美容线皮内缝合术安全有效,实用性强。Objective：To explore the application effect of cosmetic line in intradermal suture for lateral episiotomy.Methods：l 000 cases of parturients with lateral episiotomy were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was given absorbable suture for intradermal suture,and the control group was given traditional suture,the healing.The pain degree of the incision,the activity of parturients in one to three days were compared between groups.Results：The incision healing and postpartum situation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Cosmetic line in intradermal suture was safe,effective and practical.
