曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法:将稳定型心绞痛患者90例随机平分为两组。对照组应用抗心绞痛常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用曲美他嗪。结果:治疗组心绞痛临床症状改善总有效率88.9%,对照组68.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在静息时心电图改善的总有效率80%,对照组62.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效好、安全性高。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris.Methods：90 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with conventional anti angina drugs,and the treatment group was given trimetazidine based on this.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was 88.9%,which was 68.9% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of ECG improvement in the treatment group was 80%,while that in control group was 62.2%,and the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Trimetazidine is effective and safe in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.
