海捷亚治疗老年原发性高血压的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察海捷亚治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:收治老年原发性高血压患者100例,皆口服海捷亚治疗,观察患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、24 h心率及不良反应等。结果:治疗总有效率92%。治疗后收缩压的谷峰值78%,舒张压谷峰值77%。治疗前患者的舒张压、收缩压、24 h心率分别为(142.1±9.7)mm Hg、(88.7±5.8)mm Hg与(79.9±5.4)次/min,治疗后患者的舒张压、收缩压、24 h心率分别为(118.5±8.6)mm Hg、(72.4±5.4)mm Hg与(77.4±5.2)次/min,治疗前后对比,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后患者血常规、血尿酸、血钾、肝肾功能无明显变化,患者分别出现轻度恶心2例,服用胃动力剂后好转。结论:针对老年原发性高血压患者给予海捷亚治疗,不仅有良好的治疗效果,能有效改善患者血压与心率,而且无明显不良反应。Objective：To observe the effect of hyzaar in the treatment of elderly primary hypertension.Methods：100 elderly patients with primary hypertension were selected.They were all treated by hyzaar.The therapeutic effect,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,24 h heart rate and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed.Results：The total effective rate of treatment was 92%.After treatment,the peak value of systolic blood pressure was 78%,and the peak of diastolic pressure valley was 77%.Before treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate at 24 h were（142.1±9.7）mm Hg,（88.7 ± 5.8）mm Hg and（79.9 ± 5.4）times/min respectively.After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate at 24 h were（118.5±8.6）mm Hg,（72.4±5.4）mm Hg and（77.4±5.2）times/min respectively.The difference between groups before and after treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment,the blood routine test,blood uric acid,blood potassium and liver and kidney function were not significantly affected.Mild nausea occurred in 2 patients,and improved after taking gastric motility treatment.Conclusion：Hyzaar in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension not only has good therapeutic effect,but also can effectively improve the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
