摘　　要：目的:探讨社区延续性护理对社区高血压患者的临床护理效果。方法:收治高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规用药治疗,观察组采用社区延续性护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组血压水平控制效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区延续性护理对社区高血压患者的临床护理效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical nursing effect of community continuity nursing for hypertension patients in community.Methods：120 patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional medication,and the observation group was given community continuity nursing.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the control effect of blood pressure level was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical nursing effect of community continuity nursing for hypertension patients in community was significant.
