摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预在急诊科清创缝合术中的应用效果。方法:收治急诊科接受清创缝合患者110例,随机分为常规组和干预组。常规组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上联合心理护理干预。结果:干预组无论是疼痛评分还是焦虑评分,都要明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预在急诊清创缝合术中的应用效果确切,能帮助患者缓解其焦虑情绪、减轻疼痛程度,使患者以良好的心理、生理状态完成手术,保证治疗效果。Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on debridement and suture in emergency department.Methods：110 cases of debridement and suture were treated in the emergency department.The patients were randomly divided into the routine group and the intervention group.The routine group were given routine nursing,and the intervention group were combined with psychological nursing intervention based on the routine nursing.Results：The pain score or anxiety score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of psychological nursing intervention in the emergency debridement and suture is effective.It can help patients relieve their anxiety,relieve the pain,make the patients complete the operation with good psychological and physiological state,and ensure the effect of the treatment.
