摘 要:为解决南海陆坡区荔湾3-1深水气田及周边气田油气集输工程中面临的深水环境、恶劣海况、集输高差及复杂路由等重大挑战,创新性提出了"深-浅-陆"开发模式,其中多相流控制及集输安全保障、超大型海上油气集输处理系统设计建造和安装、高分辨率深拖和深水工程地质调查分析、高压小径厚比海管国产化技术及深水气田生产运维应急处理等多项关键创新技术为该项大型深水工程的成功实施提供了支撑。荔湾3-1深水气田的顺利投产验证了"深-浅-陆"开发模式在南海陆坡区深水气田的可行性,对南海油气田开发与国家能源安全战略具有重大意义。As for the oil gas gathering and transporting project for the LW3-1 deep water gas field its surroundings,which is in the continental slope of the South China Sea,a"deep water-shallow water-land terminal"development pattern is introduced in order to meet the enormous challenges including deep-sea environment,harsh sea condition,height difference of gathering transporting and complex routing.In which,multiple items of critical innovative technologies give support for the success of this large scale deep water engineering,such as the technologies of multi-phase flow control,gathering and transporting safety guarantee,construction and installation of ultra-large offshore oil gas gathering and transporting processing system,geological survey analysis of high resolution deep tow and deep water engineering,domestic technology of high pressure subsea pipelines with low diameter-to-thickness ratio,and emergency production and maintenance processing for deep water oil gas fields.The smooth launch of production of the LW3-1 deep water gas field has proven the feasibility of this development pattern in the deep water gas fields of the continental slope of the South China Sea,and is of great significance for not only the development of oil and gas fields in the South China Sea but also the national energy safety strategy.
