摘　　要：采油树通过月池下放过程中可能会因为半潜平台横摇、纵摇、垂荡与平台结构发生碰撞,威胁设备及平台本身的安全。本文从BT-4000半潜式平台采油树下放导向的需求出发,设计了一套采油树下放导向装置,通过有限元计算验证了该导向装置可以在一定风、浪、流等环境条件综合作用下满足采油树下放导向的强度需要。本文设计的采油树下放导向装置装配简易、完全可拆,搭配采油树导向臂、钻杆导向臂和连接臂可以适用于不同尺寸的采油树,与采购设备相比成本可降低80%,在海洋工程油气开采装备领域具有广泛的推广应用价值。Along with the semi-submersible platform rolling,pitching,and heaving,the Christmas tree may collide with parts of the platform,thereby threatening the safety of equipment and the platform itself.Required by the transferring and guiding of the Christmas tree in the BT-4000 semi-submersible platform,this paper designed a placing-guided device and verified through finite element calculation that this guiding device can resist certain harsh environmental conditions like winds,current and waves.The guiding device,available to be easily assembled and fully dismantled,can be used in Christmas trees of all sizes after being equipped with a Christmas tree guiding arm,drilling-pipe guiding arm,and joint arm.Compared with the purchased one,the device has the cost reduced by 80%,and therefore,can be popularized and applied extensively in the offshore hydrocarbon production field.
