摘 要:苯并芘(Benzo(a)pyre,Ba P)是多环芳烃(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons,PAHs)中毒性最大的一种强烈致癌物,为了评估Ba P对泥鳅(Misgunuis anguillicaudatus)肝脏谷丙转氨酶(glutamic pyruvic transaminase,GPT)和谷草转氨酶(glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,GOT)的影响,将泥鳅暴露于质量浓度为5、10、15μg/L Ba P溶液中饲养20 d,分别在5、10、15、20 d时取样,采用赖氏比色法测定肝脏中GPT及GOT活性。结果显示,在相同暴露时间,随着Ba P质量浓度的增加,GPT和GOT活性呈现出降低、升高、再降低的变化趋势;每个质量浓度组,GPT和GOT的活性随暴露时间的延长均呈现显著升高趋势。说明随着Ba P质量浓度的增加,最终对2种转氨酶活性产生强烈的抑制作用;同时,在一定质量浓度下,Ba P对2种转氨酶活性诱导作用与暴露时间呈正相关。提示Ba P对GPT和GOT活性具有显著影响,可导致肝功能受损。Benzopyrene( Benzo( a) pyre,BaP) is one of the most toxic carcinogens in the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs). To evaluate the effect of BaP on glutamic pyruvic transaminase( GPT) and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase( GOT) in liver of Misunguis anguillicaudatus on loach exposure to 5,10,and 15 μg·L^-1 BaP solution for 20 days at 5,10,15,and 20 days,respectively. Samples were taken and the activity of GPTand GOT in the liver was measured using the Rei's ratio method. The results showed that at the same exposure time,GPT and GOT activities showed a trend of decrease,increase,and decrease with the increase of BaP concentration; in each mass concentration group,the activity of GPT and GOT increased with exposure time. The results showed that with the increase of BaP concentration,the activity of two kinds of transaminase was finally inhibited. At the same time,under a certain concentration of BaP,there was a positive correlation between the induction of BaP activity and exposure time. It is suggested that BaP has a significant effect on GPT and GOT activity and can lead to impaired liver function.
