摘 要:为了综合利用酶解秸秆残渣,分别采用碱溶酸析法、高沸点醇提取法、甲酸乙酸法及碱性乙醇法从残渣中提取木质素,并对得到的木质素产品进行了傅里叶红外光谱分析、凝胶色谱分析、^(13)C NMR及~1H NMR分析等表征。实验结果表明:四种提取方法得到的木质素产品的结构相差不大;采用碱性乙醇法提取木质素收率最高(提取率93.5%,纯度94.1%),且操作简便、经济性高、适合工业化应用。To utilize the fermentation residue of corn straw,the lignin component of fermentation residue was extracted by using acidification extraction,high boiling point alcohols extraction,formic acid-acetic acid-water extraction and alkaline-ethanol extraction methods,respectively.The obtained lignin products were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),gel permeation chromatography( GPC),carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance(^(13)C NMR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(^1H NMR)spectroscopy,etc.. Results showed that lignin products of different methods presented similar structures,and alkaline-ethanol extraction method exhibited several advantages over the others in terms of operability,lignin yield and economic efficiency which had a better prospect for industrialization.
