摘 要:以含铁酸洗液为原料,在一定条件下制备方形纳微米Fe_3O_4磁性粒子,分别用水玻璃(Na_2SiO_3)、硫酸铝(Al2(SO_4)_3)在不分离产品的前提下对产品直接进行表面处理,利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜、红外光谱仪、EDS能谱仪、热重分析仪、振动样品磁强计测试了改性后纳微米Fe_3O_4磁性粒子的形貌、表面相成分及磁性能。结果表明,硅、铝均包覆在纳微米Fe_3O_4磁性粒子表面;对产品的平均粒径和磁性影响不大;包覆后产品的分散性有明显改善,提高了产品的稳定性。产品指标符合复印机磁性墨粉的原料的要求。The magnetic particles of the square nano-Fe3O4 were prepared under certain conditions with ferric acid lotion as raw material.The surface modification of the product was treated with sodium metasilicate and aluminum sulfate in reaction system without separation.The morphology,phase composition and surface magnetic of modified Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were analyzed by Xray diffractometer( XRD),transmission electron microscopy( SEM),infrared spectrometer( IR),energy disperse spectroscopy( EDS),thermogravimetric analyzer( TGA) and vibrating sample magnetometer( VSM). The results show that the nano-Fe3O4 magnetic particle surface is coated with the sodium and the aluminum successfully and there is nosignificant influence on the average particle size and magnetism of the product.The dispersibility and the stability of the coated product are improved obviously.The index of the product indicates that the product conforms to the requirement of the raw material of the photocopier magnetic toner.
