摘　　要：目的探讨心血管疾病患者焦虑抑郁症状的发生率及相关因素。方法应用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)等对615例心血管疾病患者进行测查。结果心血管疾病患者焦虑症状及抑郁症状的检出率分别为30.57%、37.40%,焦虑症状共病抑郁症状的检出率为26.02%。逐步回归分析揭示,心血管疾病患者焦虑症状的主要影响因素为:疾病诊断、文化程度及性别(P<0.01);心血管疾病患者抑郁症状的主要影响因素为:社会支持、文化程度、疾病诊断及病程(P<0.01)。结论心血管疾病患者焦虑症状及抑郁症状较常见,其发生受多种因素的影响。Objective To investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression and related factors in patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale（ HADS） and Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS）were adopted in the study to test 615 patients with cardiovascular diseases. Results The detection rates of anxiety and depressive symptoms in patients with cardiovascular disease were 30. 57% and 37. 40%,respectively. The detection rate of comorbid of depression and anxiety was 26. 02%. Stepwise regression analysis revealed that the main influencing factors of anxiety in patients with cardiovascular disease were： disease diagnosis,education level and gender（ P〈0. 01）; the main influencing factors of depression symptoms in patients with cardiovascular disease were： social support,education level,disease diagnosis and disease course（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Anxiety and depression symptoms are common in patients with cardiovascular disease,and their occurrence is affected by many factors.
