摘　　要：焙烧炉是铝用阳极生产过程中耗能较大的设备,通过对其热平衡进行计算与分析,找到其耗能大的影响因素;通过系统的理论分析,给出焙烧炉节能措施;结合实际应用效果,表明本文所述节能措施在实际生产中取得了较好效果。The baking furnace is the equipment that consumes more energy in the anode production process of aluminum, the influence factors of its energy dissipation are found based on the heat balance calculation and analysis, the energy saving measures are given through the theoretical analysis of the system,and the practical application results show that the energy-saving measures in this paper have achieved good results in practical production.
