摘 要:目的探讨多学科协作理念在胸部微创护理教学中的应用效果。方法本次研究选取2015年11月—2017年11月我院胸外科带教81名护理实习生,将所有选取对象随机分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=40)。对照组实施传统护理教学模式,观察组实施多学科协作模式开展护理教学工作。比较两组护理实习生的出科理论成绩、实践成绩以及患者的护理满意度。结果观察组的出科理论成绩与操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸部微创护理教学中采用多学科协作模式,有利于提高护生的理论知识水平及实践操作技能,进一步提升护理服务质量,提高临床教学质量。Objective To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary collaboration in breast minimally invasive nursing teaching. Methods 81 nursing interns in our hospital were selected in this study from November 2015 to November 2017, and all subjects were randomly divided into observation group(n = 41) and control group(n = 40). The traditional nursing teaching model was implemented in the control group and themulti-disciplinary collaborative model was implemented in the observation group. The theoretical scores, practice scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups of nursing interns were compared. Results The theoretical and operational results of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The multi-disciplinary collaborative model in the teaching of minimally invasive nursing in the chest is beneficial to improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students, further improve the quality of nursing service and improve the quality of clinical teaching
