紫黄龙香膏治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探求一种更佳的中西医结合治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(湿热下注带下)的治愈快和复发少的方法。方法将我院门诊妇科确诊为外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的2 000例患者随机分为两组:对照组及治疗组,两组分别观察患者的症状、体征的变化情况及有无复发,并按观察表给予计分(按VVC诊治指南),对比两组数据并总结分析。结果采用紫黄龙香膏治疗组(1 000例患者):治愈率89%,有效率6%,总有效率95%;而单纯西药对照组(1 000例患者):治愈率45%,有效率28%,总有效率73%;两组外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者治疗后的生活质量评分存在差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论采用紫黄龙香膏中西医结合方法治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(湿热下注带下)是一种快治愈、安全有效、复发少的方法。Objective To explore a better method of curing the vulvovaginalcandidiasis（damp heat and vaginal injection） by combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods 2 000 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into two groups： control group and treatment group. The changes of symptoms, signs and recurrence were observed in the two groups. The scores were according to the observation table（according to the VVC guidelines, the data was compared, summarized and analyzed. Results In the treatment group, 1 000 patients were treated with purple and yellow dragon ointment： the cure rate was 89%, the effective rate was 6% and the total effective rate was 95%. In the control group, 1 000 patients were treated with western medicine, the cure rate was 45%, the effective rate was 28%and the total effective rate was 73%; The quality of life scores of two groups of vulvovaginal candidiasis patients were different after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis with purple and yellow dragon ointment combined with western medicine is quick, safe and effective,with less recurrence.
