摘 要:目的探讨标准化流程在消毒供应室器械消毒灭菌中的应用效果。方法 2016年1—12月我院消毒供应室制定医疗器械消毒灭菌标准化流程,设置并规范区域管理,加强环境管理,严格按照器械交接-清洗-包装-消毒灭菌-检查和存储的标准化流程进行消毒灭菌工作。分别抽取供应室应用标准化流程前后(2015年1—12月和2016年1—12月)灭菌包各5 318个和5 502个,比较器械回收、清洗、包装、消毒灭菌质量等合格情况。结果供应室应用标准化流程后,器械回收、清洗、包装、消毒灭菌质量等不合格率均低于应用标准化流程前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室应用标准化流程,可提高器械回收、清洗、包装、消毒灭菌质量等合格率。Objective To explore the effects of standardized process for instrument's disinfection and isolation in supply room. Methods The standardized process for instrument's disinfection and isolation was set and standardized management was taken from January to December 2016. The area management was set and regulate, and environment management was strengthened. The disinfection and isolation word was carried out strictly according to the standardized process of instrument handover-washing-packaging-disinfection and isolationcheck-store. 5 318 sterilization wraps from January to December 2015 before standardized process was selected and 5 502 sterilization wraps from January to December 2016 before standardized process was selected and eligible status were compared. Results After the application of standardized process, the failure rates of recovery, clean, pack, disinfection and isolation were significant lower than before(P 0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized process can improve the quality rate of recovery, clean, pack, disinfection and isolation in supply room.
