结果 B组IL-1β、TNF-α高于A组、C组,且C组高于A组(P<0.05);三组p H、Sa O2、PCO2、PO2水平两两对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 Objective To observe the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) on inflammatory factors and blood gas analysis in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) rats. Methods 24 healthy male rats were divided into group A(normal group, n =8), group B(model group, n =8) and group C(treatment group, n =8) according to the proportion of 1: 1: 1. Among them, A group did not do any treatment, B group and C group all set up COPD model. The three groups of rats were fed with regular feed for 76 days. In group C, BMSCs was injected into the caudal vein. The other two groups were injected with the same amount of normal saline. After 2 weeks of feeding, rats were sacrificed. The three groups of inflammatory factors and blood gas analysis were observed. Results IL-1βand TNF-α in group B were higher than that of group A and C, and group C was higher than group A(P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference between the three groups of p H, Sa O2, PCO2, and PO2. Conclusion Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can affect the blood gas changes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and can inhibit theinflammatory response.
