光动力治疗不可切除胆管癌的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探索光动力治疗胆管癌围治疗期的护理配合。方法总结我科2015年9月—2017年8月开展的10例不可切除胆管癌行光动力治疗的围治疗期护理配合。治疗前做好心理护理,缓解患者紧张情绪;治疗前48小时予静脉滴注血卟啉光敏剂,用药后对患者予以严格的避光护理,给药48小时后行激光照射。治疗后仍然行严格避光,密切观察生命体征、光动力治疗的并发症。结果 1例患者由于出现严重过敏反应未实施光动力治疗,其余9例患者经过精心的护理,均病情好转,顺利出院。结论实施有效的针对性护理措施,是保证治疗成功及减少并发症发生的关键。Objective To investigate the nursing experience of unresectable cholangiocarcinoma treated by photodynamic therapy（PDT） during the periods of perioperation. Methods Data from 10 patients undergoing unresectable cholangiocarcinoma treated with PDT were collected from September 2015 to August 2017. During the periods of perioperation, psychological nursing was supported in order to relieve stress of the patients before administration. 48 h before treatment, hematoporphyrin derivative（HPD）, a photosensitizer, was performed by intravenous drip, patients should been kept in dark place. After 48 h, PDT were performed and patients should still been kept in dark place. Vital signs and complications were observed. Results One case of 10 patients was not performed to PDT because of severe anaphylactic reaction. The other 9 cases succeed in improving better and discharging hospital through careful nursing. Conclusion Individual and careful nursing cooperation plays an important role in successfully effective PDT and lower complications.
