摘　　要：从广东创业投资现状研究入手,与北京、上海、江苏、浙江等国内主要省市的创业投资行业进行对比,分析广东创业投资行业的问题,提出广东创业投资行业发展的对策和建议。To study the status quo of Guangdong’s venture capital industry, comparing it with the major provinces such as Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. This article analyzes the problems of Guangdong’s venture capital industry, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of venture capital industry in Guangdong.
