米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效及对性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效及对孕激素、促卵泡激素、促黄体素及雌二醇的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的85例子宫肌瘤良性患者,其中对照组42例患者接受米非司酮治疗;观察组43例患者接受米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、性激素水平、细胞因子水平。结果两组患者临床疗效比较有差异(Z=-3.447,P=0.000);治疗前两组患者孕激素、促卵泡激素、促黄体素及雌二醇水平比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者孕激素、雌二醇水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),促卵泡激素、促黄体素水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者IL-22、TNF2α水平比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者IL-22水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF2α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤患者,能显著减少肌瘤体积,抑制肌瘤生长,调节性激素水平,提高免疫力,值得推荐使用。Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao Capsule on uterine fibroids and the effects of progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 85 cases of benign uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. Among them,42 patients in the control group received single-taste mifepristone; 43 patients in the observation group received mifepristone. Keto combined with Gongliuxiao capsule treatment. The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,and cytokine levels were compared between the two groups. Results There was a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups（ Z =-3. 447,P = 0. 000）. There was no difference in the levels of progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and estradiol between the two groups before treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of progesterone and estradiol in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no difference in the levels of IL-22 and TNF2α between the two groups before treatment（ P〉 0. 05）. After treatment,IL-22 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,and the levels of TNF2α were lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao Capsule can significantly reduce the volume of fibroids,inhibit the growth of fibroids,regulate the level of sex hormones,and improve immunity. It is worthy of recommendation.
