推拿牵引对外周单胺类物质的调整作用

摘　　要：为了解推拿牵引的作用与外周单胺类物质的关系,我们观察了首次推拿牵引前后腰椎间盘突出症患者血中5—HT、Trp 和5—HIAA 及 NA、DA 和 Tyr 的浓度,还观察了患者尿中5—HIAA、VMA 和 HVA 的含量。结果表明,治疗后患者血中5—HT、Trp 和5-HIAA 浓度明显地回降,尿中5—HIAA 含量显著升高,血中5-HT 和Trp 下降的程度和尿中5—HIAA 含量增高的程度均与疗效有关。另外,治疗后患者血中 NA、DA 和 Tyr 的浓度回降至正常水平,而尿中 VMA 和 HVA 含量显著地增高,后者与疗效有关。说明推拿牵引可以减弱5-HT 和 NA 的合成代谢,还可以增强它们的分解代谢。For the purpose of understanding the relationship between the effect of the traction mas- sage and metabolism of peripheral monoamines,we observed the concentration of 5-Hi,of its precursor Trp and of its metabolite 5-HIAA as well as of NA,DA and their precursor Tyr in plasma of 33 patients;also the quantities of 5-HIAA,of VMA and of HVA in urine of 34 patients,both groups suffering frorrr the protru- sion of lumbar intervertebral disc,before and three days after treatment.The results showed that the concen- tration of 5-HT,5-HIAA and Trp in plasma decreased significantly and the quantity of 5-HIAA in urine increased significantly three days after treatment,the decreasing degree of 5-HT and Trp in plasma and the increasing quantity of 5-HIAA in urine have certain related to curative effect.After the first traction mas- sage,the levels of NA,DA and Tyr in plasma of the patients decreased to its normal level while the quantities of VMA and HVA in urine increased significantly.The latters are closely related to curative effect.The re- stllts indicated that the traction massage not only decreased the anabolism of 5-HT and NA but also increased the catabolism of 5-HT and NA. It suggested that the peripheral 5-HT and NA might be the important mediators taking part in analgesic and regulative effect.
