摘 要:【目的】探讨上海市松江区佘山镇常住人口肾囊肿的患病率和相关影响因素,为预防慢性肾病提供参考。【方法】采用整群随机抽样法抽取上海市松江区佘山镇常住人口,并进行了问卷调查及体格检查,收集调查对象的肾囊肿的现患情况。【结果】共调查常住居民6 867位,合格入选条件者5 668位(82.5%),调查对象中肾囊肿的患病率为7.7%,标化患病率为5.2%。多因素分析结果显示性别(OR=1.38,95%CI:1.07~1.77)、年龄(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.38~1.74)及饮水量(OR=2.80,95%CI:1.47~4.98)是肾囊肿的独立影响因素,而BMI≥28(OR=0.67,95%CI:0.48~0.92)是肾囊肿的保护因素。【结论】上海市常住人口有一定罹患肾囊肿的风险,应在目标人群中结合影响因素开展有针对性的预防干预措施。[Objective] To investigate the prevalence and related risk factors of renal cysts in the resident population of Sheshan Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai,and to provide reference for the prevention of chronic kidney disease. [Methods]Participants were recruited from permanent residents of Sheshan Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai via randomized cluster sampling method,and the questionnaire and physical examination were conducted to collect the data on the prevalence of renal cysts. [Results]Initially,a total of 6 867 residents were recruited in Songjiang District of Shanghai,5 668( 82. 5%) were eligible for the present study. Among the participants, the prevalence of renal cysts was 7. 7% and the standardized prevalence was 5. 2%. Multivariate analysis showed that gender( OR = 1. 38,95% CI: 1. 07-1. 77),age( OR = 1. 55,95% CI: 1. 38-1. 74) and quantity of drinking water( OR = 2. 80,95% CI: 1. 47-4. 98)were independent risk factors for renal cysts,while BMI≥28( OR = 0. 67,95% CI: 0. 48-0. 92) was a protective factor for renal cysts. [Conclusion] Shanghai permanent residents have the risk of renal cysts,specific intervention strategies focusing on the potential risk factors should be carried out among the target population.
