摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究期刊外文引文比与影响因子的关系具有重要价值。[方法/过程]从办刊质量与学术质量角度分析了外文引文的作用机制,并以图书馆、情报与文献学期刊为例,基于中国知网CNKI的引文数据,分析了外文引文比与影响因子的关系并进行了聚类分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:外文引文对学术期刊质量具有提升机制;外文引文数量近年来增加较快;短期外文引文比能够提供更多的信息;外文引文比具有较好的评价可靠性与稳定性;期刊评价可增加即年外文引文比、两年外文引文比、5年外文引文比3个指标。[Purpose/Significance]It is of great value to study the relationship between the foreign language citation ratio and the influence factors.[Method/Process]From the perspectives of academic journal＇s quality and academic quality,this paper analyzes the mechanism of foreign language citation. The author conducts a clustering analysis on the relationship between the foreign language citation ratio and the influencing factors in the case of library,information and literary journals based on the citations data of CNKI.[Result/Conclusion]The results showthat： the foreign language citation has a mechanism for improving the quality of academic journals; the number of foreign language citations has increased rapidly in recent years; short-term foreign language citation ratio can provide more information; the foreign language citation ratio has better evaluation reliability and stability; journal evaluation should add three additional indicators,including the prompt foreign language citation ratio,two-year foreign language citation ratio and five-year of foreign language citation ratio.
