高校科技查新站用户需求溯源及其特征分析——以教育部科技查新站Z08为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]以科技查新站的用户需求为研究对象,追溯用户需求的来源并分析用户需求的特征,为查新站的服务、管理和发展提供参考依据。[方法/过程]基于教育部科技查新站Z08的档案资料,筛选出科技查新和查收查引需求的主要来源;再利用网络调查法对其溯源和深入挖掘,揭示科技查新和查收查引需求在组织单位、申报时间、要求等方面的特征。[结果/结论]结合查新站Z08近八年的业务状况,从层次、时间等角度分析总结科技查新和查收查引需求的特征,结果也显示高校查新站存在查新和查收查引需求量增加、用户个性化需求增加的趋势,并针对这些趋势提出了发展建议。[Purpose/Significance]Taking the user requirements of sci-tech novelty search workstations as subjects,this paper aims at providing references for the service,administration and development of sci-tech novelty search workstation through tracking down origins of user requirements and analyzing characteristics of user requirements.[Method/Process]Main origins of sci-tech novelty search and database retrieving service requirement were sifted based on the archives of the Sci-tech Novelty Search Workstation Z08 of Ministry of Education. By using the website investigation method,the origins are tracked down. It also summarized the characteristics of sci-tech novelty search and database retrieving service requirement in terms of administration organizations,application time and requirement details.[Result/Conclusion]In combination with the sci-tech novelty search service and the database retrieving service provided by the Sci-tech Novelty Search Workstation Z08 in recent 8 years,the respective user requirement characteristics were analyzed. The results also showthat the sci-tech novelty search service,the database retrieving service and personalized user demand tend to increase over time. Some proposals are brought out for the intents.
