摘 要:电力系统通信规约是变电站自动化系统的重要组成部分,IEC 101规约已经成为调度主站与厂站之间进行通信的基本标准之一。介绍了IEC 101的规约结构、报文格式,阐述了信息体的基本组成和主站对信息体地址进行排序的说明;通过对3个实际案例进行分析,进一步阐述了101规约的使用规则和传输机制,对电气系统继电保护的定检和消缺工作有一定的指导作用,有效提升了继电保护工作的效率。The power system communication protocol is an important constituent part of substation automatic system. The IEC 101 protocol has become one of the basic standards scheduling communications between the primary station and the plant station. Introduction was made to the IEC 101 protocol structure and message format. This paper expounded the basic composition of informosomes and the illustration of sorting informosomes address. Three practical case examples were analyzed to further expound the service regulations of IEC 101 protocol and transmission mechanism, which has certain guidance function for the regular checking and defects eliminating work of relay protection in power system, so as to promote the efficiency of relay protection work.
