中医治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱50例

摘　　要：目的分析探讨中医治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将张家楼卫生院2015年12月—2017年10月收治的100例糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),分别给予临床常规西医治疗和中医治疗,比较临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(94.0%)显著高于对照组(76.0%),组间相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.35,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者在临床西医治疗的基础上加用中医治疗可以有效的改善患者的临床症状,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of TCM in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in diabetes. Methods 100 cases of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in diabetes admitted and treated in Zhangjialou Hedth Conter from December 2015 to Ocbober 2017 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, respectively treated with routine western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical curative effect was compared.Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（94.0% vs 76.0%）, and the difference between groups was statistically significant（χ^2=6.35,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TCM treatment combined with clinical western medicine in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in diabetes can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and the effect is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion.
