摘　　要：静脉治疗是直升机医学救援重要的组成部分,是决定伤病员得到及时、有效救治的关键。近年来,直升机医学救援发展较快,有关直升机医学救援的报道屡见不鲜,但对于静脉治疗管理的研究鲜有提及。笔者查阅相关文献并咨询专家,根据临床静脉治疗管理经验,对直升机医学救援静脉治疗管理可能出现的不良事件及危险因素进行分析,探讨相应的应急处置方法,旨在为直升机救援静脉治疗管理规范化提供研究依据。As the critical component of helicopter medical rescue, the management of intravenous administration determines whether the patients can be timely and effectively treated. In recent years, along with the rapid development of helicopter medical rescue, related reports are no longer new, while the study on the management of intravenous therapy has been rarely mentioned. The authors refer to relevant literature, consult experts, analyze possible adverse events and risk factors based on clinical intravenous therapy management experience, and explore corresponding emergency disposal measures. This study aims to provide evidence for establishing best practice in helicopter rescue intravenous therapy management.
