泰式草药热敷按摩球疗法初探

摘　　要：泰式草药热敷按摩球作为泰式古代疗法之一,它是由多种草药做成的热敷球并在人体上做深层按压,且有节奏地按揉和拉伸,此疗法有助于放松肌肉,缓解疼痛;调节脏腑功能,增强免疫力;缓和紧张情绪。至今此特色疗法备受欢迎,并且临床应用广泛。文章对此疗法的历史沿革、操作方法、辨证处方与应用举例进行了探讨。Thai herbal compress is one of Thai style traditional treatment, which consisted of various kinds of herbal ingredients in a ballshaped. It is apply on human body with deep hot compression, massage and stretching rhythmly. This treatment functioning through mechanism of regulating and increasing of immunization; promotion of relaxation. Nowadays, Thai herbal compress is very popular. It has been widely used in clinical term. The history of development of Thai herbal compress, method of operation, syndrome differentiation and prescription, usability, were discussed in this article.
