大学体育理论和术科课程融合的策略及路径

摘　　要：通过大学体育理论与实践教学融合分析,本研究厘清了体育理论和术科实践难题的根源所在,融合体育理论前提与现有状态以及传统模式在处理理论与实践关系时的经验与教训,在此基础上提出了包含"四维度二层次"多面向的融合路径.结论:1、基于PAD的大学体育"三七模式"从"四维度二层次"使体育教师和学生两类主体进行共体反思和行动,可以达到真正的合作,实现体育理论和实践真正的内在贯通.2、基于PAD课堂大学体育"三七模式"符合当前中国高等体育教育国情,切实贯彻体育"育"人功能.便于大学生体育知识积累和记忆,操作灵活易行,经济实用,能起到事半功倍的效果.Having analyzed the college sports theory and practical teaching,this study clarifies the root of the difficulties in sports theory and the practice of technical courses.At the same time,it integrates experience and the lesson of precondition of sports theory and the existing state when the traditional model deals with the relationship between theory and practice.On the basis of this,a multi-oriented fusion path including ＂ Four Dimensions and Two Layers＂ has been proposed.Conclusion：1.Based on PAD,the ＂Three-Seven Models＂ of college sports enable teachers and students to reflect and act together from the ＂ Four Dimensions and Two Layers＂.This can achieve real cooperation and achieve the real internal connection between sports theory and practice.2.The ＂ Three-Seven Model＂ of university sports based on PAD is in line with the current situation in China of higher education in sports and implements the function of physical education to ＂educate＂people.It is convenient for college students to accumulate and memorize physical education knowledge,operate flexibly and easily,and is economical and practical.It is convenient for college students to accumulate and memorize physical education knowledge,operate flexibly and easily,which can be twice as effective with half the effort.
