摘　　要：科技创新券逐步成为推动我国科技创新的重要力量之一。近年来,有关科技创新券政策的研究逐渐增多,主要集中在对科技创新券政策的运营模式和地方科技创新券政策实践两大内容上,极少对科技创新券政策内涵和实质进行深层次的剖析。试图跳出以往的研究框架,探究知识服务在武汉市科技创新券政策实践中的过程模式,进一步丰富科技创新券政策研究内容。Science and technology innovation voucher gradually becomes an important power to promote sci ence and technology innovation of our country. In recent years, the studies about science and technology innova tion voucher policy gradually increased, but they mainly concentrated in the operation mode and practice research of the policy. They seldom or never take the essence of science and technology innovation vouchers into the deep analysis. This article attempts to jump out of the previous framework, exploring the procedure schema ofknowl edge service in Wuhan science and technology innovation voucher policy, and further enriching the research of science and technology innovation voucher policy.
