摘　　要：新时代大学生创业群体充分利用互联网资源共享、实时交互、个性化与人性化兼具等优势将自己的创新想法付诸实践,体现了网络时代特点。网络平台创业虽形势大好,但其背后暗藏的创业风险不可轻视,其中以网络信息安全、网络犯罪等方面问题尤为突出。以网络安全教育为立足点,通过对网络创业现状与前景、具体安全风险及高校网络创业教育的不足进行调研与分析,直攫网络创业"痛点",并归结出一套切实可行的以高校、政府构成的创业生态保护链为核心为大学生网络创业保驾护航的风险防范对策教育模式。The group of entrepreneurial college students combine the characteristics of the era and fully utilize the advantages of Internet resources sharing, real time interaction, personalization and humanization to put their own innovative ideas into practice. However, the path to entrepreneurship is always punctuated by thorns. A1 though the network platform venture is promising, the hidden turbulence behind it is not to be underestimated. Among them, issues concerning network information security and cybercrime that are closely related to Internet entrepreneurship are particularly prominent. This paper takes network security as the starting point, investigates and analyzes the current situation and prospects, the specific security risks, and the lack of education in colleges and universities of Internet entrepreneurship, and get the ＂pain points＂ of it, then attributes a set of feasible edu cation models of risk prevention countermeasures which take the entrepreneurial ecological protection chain con sisting of universities and government as the core for college students to protect their online business.
