摘  要:文章在前期对稻草人纤浆漂白工艺中碱浸渍、一段漂、二段漂三个工段进行优化研究的基础上,以按照正交优化工艺经过二段漂白的浆料为原料,主要针对金属离子对纸浆的返黄效应,对后续的酸处理和EDTA螯合工段进行了改进研究。利用酸对木素-金属离子复合体形成的阻碍作用和对金属离子的置换作用,通过正交优化实验和综合平衡法分析实验结果,得出最佳实验方案。再利用EDTA的螯合作用,防止金属离子被纸浆吸附,进一步阻止残余金属离子使浆返黄,从而提高纸浆白度。研究结果表明:当常温酸处理浆浓4%,时间为15min;EDTA螯合浆料用量为0.3%,反应10min时,纸浆白度较高。最后将经过本优化工艺漂白过的稻草人纤浆进行化学组分分析,可见该工艺条件下制得的稻草人纤浆质量基本符合粘胶纤维用木浆标准。The articles in the prophase of the scarecrow fiber pulp bleaching process alkali impregnating,primary bleaching and secondary bleaching,on the basis of optimization study,according to the orthogonal optimization process after two stage bleaching of pulp as raw material,mainly for return yellow effect of metal ions on the pulp,acid in the subsequent processing and the study of EDTA chelation section was improved.Of lignin using acid to metal ion complexes formed by blocking effect and substitution effect of metal ions,through the orthogonal experiment and the method of comprehensive balance analysis of experimental results,it is concluded that the best experiment plan.Using the chelation of EDTA to prevent metal ions from being adsorbed by pulp,it further prevents residual metal ions from returning to yellow,thus improving the whiteness of pulp.The results showed that when the normal temperature was 4%,the time was 15 min.The slurry dosage of EDTA was 0.3 percent,and the pulp was white at 10 min.Finally we go through this optimization process fiber pulp bleached scarecrow of chemical composition analysis,visibly under the condition of the process of the scarecrow basic accord with standard of viscose fiber with pulp fiber pulp quality.
