摘　　要：目的对高龄直肠癌合并糖尿病患者腹腔手术围术期护理效果进行分析。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月该院收治的高龄直肠癌患者80例,按照是否合并糖尿病分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组,对腹腔镜手术围术期护理进行分析。结果通过围术期进行护理干预,糖尿病组术后并发症发生率与非糖尿病组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是糖尿病组的护理满意度显著高于非糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论对高龄直肠癌合并糖尿病患者行腹腔镜手术围术期进行有效的护理,能够减少术后并发症的出现,提高患者护理满意度,以帮助患者早日痊愈。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing of senile rectal cancer and diabetes patients after the laparoscopic surgery. Methods 80 cases of senile rectal cancer and diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into the diabetes group and non-diabetes group, and the perioperative nursing after the laparoscopic surgery was analyzed. Results After the nursing intervention during the perioperative period, the difference in the incidence rate of complications after surgery between the two groups was not obvious（P〉0.05）, but the satisfactory degree in the diabetes group was obviously higher than that in the non-diabetes group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effective nursing of senile rectal cancer and diabetes patients after the laparoscopic surgery can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the nursing satisfactory degree thus helping patients recover as soon as possible.
