早期康复护理应用于糖尿病并发脑梗塞的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究早期康复护理应用于糖尿病并发脑梗塞的临床效果。方法该次选取研究对象为114例糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者,于2016年12月—2017年12月收治,随机分为两组,即对照组给予常规护理干预、观察组给予早期康复护理,各57例;且对两组患者的神经功能缺损程度、日常生活活动能力及并发症发生率进行观察及评估。结果观察组57例糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者经护理后的神经功能缺损程度(MESSS评分)低于对照组数据,而日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数评分)高于对照组数据(P<0.05)。观察组57例糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者的并发症发生率3.51%(2/57)低于对照组数据17.54%(10/57)(P<0.05)。结论于糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者治疗中应用早期康复护理具有较高的临床价值,能够在改善病情的基础上提高生活能力,且进一步降低并发症发生率,值得应用及推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of early recovery nursing in diabetes combined with cerebral infraction.Methods 114 cases of patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group used the early recovery nursing, and the nerve function defect degree, ADL and incidence rate of complications of the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results After nursing, the MESSS score of 57 cases of diabetes and cerebral infraction patients was lower than that in the control group, and the Barthel index score was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group [3.51%（ 2/57） vs 17.54%（10/57）]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of early recovery nursing in patients with cerebral infraction and diabetes can have a higher clinical value, which can improve the life abilities on the basis of improving the diseases, and further reduce the incidence rate of complications, and it is worth application and promotion.
