不同剂量氨溴索口服液治疗糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析不同剂量氨溴索口服液治疗糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎(CAP)效果。方法选取2015年12月—2017年12月间在该院接受治疗2型糖尿病合并CAP患者102例,随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组(51例)口服1袋/次氨溴索口服液联合头孢替安治疗,观察组(51例)口服2袋/次氨溴索口服液联合头孢替安治疗;观察患者治疗前后临床效果及空腹、餐后2 h血糖含量状况。结果观察组患者总的有效率为90.20%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者空腹与餐后2 h血糖含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大剂量氨溴索口服液较常规剂量对糖尿病合成CAP患者临床疗效更好,同时对患者血糖含量没有影响,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of different doses of ambroxol oral liquid in treatment of diabetes combined with community acquired pneumonia. Methods 102 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with CAP treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each, the control group took 1 bag of ambroxol oral liquid combined with cefotiam, each time, while the observation group took 2 bags of ambroxol oral liquid combined with cefotiam, and the clinical effect and fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose contents before and after treatment of patients were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（90.20% vs 66.67%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose of the two groups before and after treatment were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The large-dose ambroxol oral liquid has a better clinical curative effect in treatment of patients with diabetes combined with CAP than the routine-dose ambroxol oral liquid, without any effect on the blood glucose content, and the safety is high.
